WHO IS GEORGETTE?

Georgette is the author of the acclaimed book, "Foster Girl, A Memoir." She currently writes a biweekly column on the "Chronicles of Social Change," and working on her sequels along with her first screenplay. 

In addition to her writing, Georgette has over a decade of experience speaking to and consulting Congress, social service agencies, nonprofits, and other foster youth centric organizations. She co-founded the first youth advocacy program in the country that hired former foster youth to work full-time in reforming county agency systematic practices.
